Sheryl Johnson is an ordained UCC minister who completed her PhD in Theology and Ethics at Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley, California. She brings a unique blend of non-profit experience, church fundraising research, and a strong commitment to and history of faith-based social justice work. She is a dynamic educator and speaker, currently serving as a Visiting Faculty Lecturer at Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary and Professor of Theology and Chair of the DMin Program at St. Stephen’s College. Sheryl also serves in ministry at the Congregational Church of San Mateo.
Sheryl also holds a Master’s of Divinity (honours) and Master’s of Pastoral Studies (Social Ethics) from Emmanuel College, University of Toronto. She completed a certificate of specialization in Theology and Ecology from St. Michael’s College. She also holds certifications in fundraising, youth ministry, and yoga instruction.
